We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as fair as possible. To respect our team’s time and ensure we can accommodate other clients, please view our cancellation fees below:
Deposits and Cancellation Fees
When you book a service at medusa, we will ask for a deposit to secure your appointment slot.
Your deposit is fully refundable. However, in line with industry protocol, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee from your deposit if you do not give us enough notice should you have to cancel or change your appointment.
We will make every effort to minimise our losses by re-marketing the appointment to anyone on a wait list.
If you give more than 48 hours’ notice: No charge – your deposit will be fully refunded or moved to a new booking.
If you give between 24 and 48 hours' notice - Your deposit will be retained to cover the late notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show - 100% of the service cost will be charged.
By proceeding to make a booking you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accept these terms.
Hair Colour Policy
There are a few things you need to know before you come in for your colour service. We do not offer colouring services to anyone under 16 and you must add a blow dry or a cut & blow dry to your colour service when booking. This allows both you and your colourist to clearly see the final results.
Plus, if you have not had your hair coloured at medusa in the past 6 months, you will need an allergy patch test at least 48 hours before your hair colouring appointment. Better safe than sorry!
