Paul is new to the Medusa group, joining forces with Medusa in early 2020. Bringing with his a wealth of experience. He had been hairdressing for over 20 years. A British Hair Awards finalist in 2017 and winner of Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards Best Male Stylist he knows his way around a pair of scissors. Paul was successful in auditioning for 2 industry art teams Wella’s Generation Now Team and Fellowship of British Hairdressing Project X team, where they took him touring around the UK at various events and shows. Paul has achieved amazing success for his creative cutting and colouring techniques and is constantly looking for the next new trend to keeps his fashion-focused clients looking their best. 

AMA (ask me anything) 

Q: Colour that makes me happiest?

A: I get a lot of stick about this but basically I love black, I own no other colour of clothes except black so it would have to be that!

Q: If you weren’t a hairdresser?

A: I’d definitely be a pilot. I’m a proper geek when it comes to planes although I’m terrified of flying but if it was me flying I think I’d be 100% ok with it. Maybe I’m just a control freak.

Q: Home work or housework?

A: I’m afraid to say it’d be housework. I’m a pretty house-proud person and I always imagine myself clutter-free inside a glass Scandinavian-style box, but I have 3 kids - it’s like trying to shovel snow while it’s still snowing! Never gonna happen!

Q: Tell us your spotify playlist ?

A: I’m not sure I want to share my Spotify playlist. 😂 …. my music tastes vary so much depending on my mood but I’m always pretty happy to be listening to a bit of Elbow or some Ibiza beach mix pretending I’m drinking strawberry daiquiris in the sun
