Hello, I’m Karen and I’m the Nail Technician here at Teviot Place. It’s really nice being part of the team in Medusa – they are a great team to work with.
I’ve been a fully qualified Nail Technician since 2003 and I still love my job as I get to meet new people every day. There’s nothing nicer than making someone feel good about themselves, and it gives me great job satisfaction seeing my client’s leave the salon with a smile on their face.
I mainly specialize in silk enhancements and overlays. I love using silk because it is so natural and involves no harsh buffing to remove the product which my clients fid reassuring.
I also like to use Creative Brisa Gel as it is great for achieving a permanent French Manicure effect but with no drying time at all. Great for clients prone to smudging nail polish!
When I’m not in the salon I like to spend time with my friends and family. I come from a really big family so there’s always something happening, but for now my attention is on my new beautiful baby nephew Max.
